I will provide manufacturing-ready files in both Ai and PDF formats, complete with detailed specifications, so manufacturers know exactly how to bring your vision to life and allow you to reproduce them consistently in the future without any issues.

My Labels & Packaging Design service is divided into three tiers:

Basic Package includes:
✅ Main label
✅ Size pip (if needed)
✅ Care label
✅ Hang tag

Complete Package includes:
✅ Everything in Basic, plus
✅ Polybag
✅ Mailer

Extra Package includes:
✅ Everything in Complete, plus
✅ Up to three extra branding assets (options include cards, ribbons, tapes, etc.)

Client will provide:
– Labels & Packaging Brief with inspiration or ideas for your labels and packaging
– Brand Guidelines for logo, color palette, typography, imagery, and tone of voice
– Logo in high-res and fully editable format (Ai, SVG, etc.)
– Font Files
– Other relevant branding design assets

Add-Ons & Revisions:
Any custom branding asset beyond what is listed (such as polybag, mailer, cards, ribbons, tapes, etc.) will need to be quoted separately and may affect the delivery schedule. If you wish to add more in the middle of the project, kindly reach out to me for a quotation.

Design services such as line planning, labeling and packaging design, tech packs, and inspection reports are subject to a maximum of two revisions only. A revision does not include a full redesign of the product, thus, it is important to be clear on the requirements before starting on those tasks. Revisions are intended for fine-tuning, adjusting, or modifying specific aspects of the existing design based on client feedback. Any requests for a complete overhaul or substantial changes that extend beyond the initially agreed-upon design will be considered outside the project scope.
